I need to abort a case but I cant see how to do this. The case in question has no other details apart from my name as reporting officer. If I go into the case it asks me to fill in complainant details etc which I don't want or need to do. I have administrator access to the system

Hi John,

Thanks for your enquiry

A case will always need an Individual (Complainant, Perpetrator or Witness) assigned against it in order for you to progress through the case.
If you go back into this case and add an individual it will then allow you to Abort in the top right hand corner when they have been added.

Failing that, on ReACT Today in the second pane you have the 'Quick Access to Case' if you enter the Case ID in the box and click on Abort this will also allow you to abort the case as you have administration permissions.

Hi.
We have numerous cases currently showing 'outstanding' with no info in that need aborting. I have tried to go into a case and enter a compaintant or perp and I am not getting the option to abort. Does the abort option only appear when the case is at a certain stage?
Thanks
