Job Title: ReACT Super User/Front-line Support
Job Description: Being the first point of call for ReACT support, with a thorough user knowledge of the rapidly developing ReACT suite and an understanding of ASB. Front-level support calls for ReACT will be the primary role coupled with in-house and on-site user training. Secondary but equally important is the ongoing maintenance of user documentation, training guides and the upkeep of the user website and online forum. Assistance with product events, conferences and exhibitions will also form part of the role. In the future this role will extend into report writing and data analysis.
Pre-requisites: Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential, knowledge of Microsoft Office including exceptional Word/Excel/Access skills required, The role will involve both new users to the software as well as long established users, the ability to communicate at various levels is important. An enthusiasm for IT software and a willingness to learn equally sort after. This role will involve travelling across the UK.
Desirables: Previous ReACT/Housing/ASB Knowledge a distinct advantage, Crystal Reports, Database skills also advantageous. Full driving license required.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
