Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update on the latest release.

We are currently rolling out v3.3.0.7 which includes minor bug fixes and new features. For the full listings please see below:

• You can specify Always show Notify List for Pending Notes from the System Administration page (Pending Notes Facility)
• Bug of printing empty 1-10 scale question on Satisfaction Forms has been fixed
• Bug of Legend on Pie Charts sorting has been fixed
• Bug of printing blank text boxes for question on Satisfaction Forms has been fixed
• Bug of dropping last character of the perpetrator’s name in the Correspondence Templates merge field has been fixed
• Bug of Company Filter restriction message has been fixed
• Bug of Region, Area, Sub area on the Case Incident page has been fixed
• Cases are now filtered by the Company of the User
• Now when an individual is deleted from a case, if they have "Additional Notes" assigned against them the system will prompt for the notes to be re-assigned to another individual
• You can define dropdown lists for individual custom fields now
• Case Region, Area and Sub-Area fields can be moved above "Officers" field now on the Reporting tab
• Stage Additional Notes have been included into the "Case Print Report"
• Respect Toolkit Summary Report is broken down by Companies
• Error message for incorrect user or password has been changed from “User not Found” to read “Incorrect Username/Password Entered”
• Additional question type for "Scale of 1 – 10" has be added to the "Satisfaction Form"
• You can disable the Case Outcome
• Length of the Perpetrator Order terms field is extended up to 1000 characters
• "Landlord" adding bug has been fixed
• "Stage Note" adding bug has been fixed
• Folders incorrect review date bug has been fixed
• New person adding from Quick Find has been fixed
• From the System Administration page the ability of configuring titles for the Case Type, Case Sub Type, Stage and Additional Note is now available
• Respect Toolkit Summary Report implemented
• Now you can assign a "Staff Officer" to a Company
• Multi Company licensing feature has been added to the license generation utility
• Now you can view the number of Cases that an individual has been involved in on both the "Contacts" and "Contact Editing" page. Also on the "System Administration" page you can set date period for which this case history will be retrieved
• Existing field "Tenancy Type" has been renamed to "Tenure" and new field "Tenancy Type" has been added
• Now you can assign the "Incident" to the Region / Area / Sub-area
• Single "Disability" field has been change with Physical and Mental "Disability" fields
• Now you can retrieve and fill address fields of the "Case Type" by selecting appropriate involved individual
• While completing the "Case" you can now specify if it was successfully resolved by appropriate "Case Outcome"
• Now you can associate "Agencies" to the "Case Stages"
• Now you can specify which "Stage" played most important role (key stage) on "Case" closure
• Demo Respect Toolkit Summary Report Included
• Some Minor Bugs have been fixed
